Cheffy’s Crystals: Shipping & Delivery Policy
We want your crystals to arrive safely and swiftly. Here is everything you need to know about how we get our gems from our home to yours.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, or New Year), please allow an additional 2 business days for fulfillment.

You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been handed over to our courier.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We primarily ship nationwide via J&T Express, Flash Express or GoGo Express. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and location at checkout.

3. Real-Time Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a Tracking Number. You can track your "budol" find directly on the courier’s website or via your Shopify account.
4. Fragile Packaging Commitment
Crystals are "earth’s delicate treasures." We use a multi-layer protection system:

Individual Wrap: Each stone is wrapped in eco-friendly honeycomb or bubble wrap.

Void Fill: We use shredded paper or air pillows to ensure no movement inside the box.

External Labeling: Every package is marked with "FRAGILE: Handle with Care" stickers.
5. Lost or Damaged Items

Damage in Transit: If an item arrives broken, please refer to our Return Policy. A clear unboxing video is required for all claims within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier's hub.
